Baggen - island in Piteå archipelago

Baggen is one of the largest islands in Piteå archipelago.
Here is an open-air chapel and cabins for rent through Piteå Tourist Office.

The high steep rocks and intermediate Sandvikarna on the southwest side of the island suitable for a bath.

In the vicinity of the overnight cabins - at Själahällan - are remnants of an energetic priest mining trial sometime in the late 1700s. There are boating facilities, toilets and sauna.

Baggen is one of the best islands for berry picking.
